This subseries contains a number of records and documents that were kept separately from the main files. Financials are gathered here as are meeting minutes and correspondence. Also kept separately were basic essential institutional documents - these include historical documents such as copies of the Articles of Incorporation from 1906 to 1974, bylaws from 1974 on, and documents authorizing the dissolution of District 37. Materials relating to the Nursing Practice Act and certificates of appreciation are also found in this subseries.
