The folder labeled "Overview of AIDS Legal Issues" contains three "issue briefs" compiled in 1987 and 1988 by the Congressional Research Service of the Library of Congress. The Grassroots Activism folder holds correspondence and notes, announcements, reports, and other documents on San Francisco's AIDS Action Pledge, ACT NOW, and ACT UP, also from 1987-88, as well as a 1984 Guild booklet on The Rights of Demonstrators; A Workshop for Activists.
