This series consists of materials relating to the administration and work of the HIV Health Services Planning Council, more commonly referred to as the CARE Council, which worked to distribute the monies made available via the Ryan White AIDS CARE Act. Most of the materials appear to have come from one or more large ring binders. The folders were numbered meetings 1 through 15, but they are not in strict chronological order though there is a general trend upwards, with a few exceptions (i.e. meetings 5 and 6). Materials include minute, budgets, agendas, correspondence, and other materials concerning the CARE Council. Blank/draft Client Satisfaction Surveys can be found in folder 6. The last two folders pertain to specific organizations funded through the CARE Council.
