Speeches make up a much smaller proportion of this series and are represented by the Speech books and two folders documenting individual speeches. Books were compiled for speeches delivered in 1969, 1970, and 1971-73. The individual speeches include testimony before the Senate committee on Veterans Affairs in 1971 and undated speech entitled: "Health Planning: A View from the Top."
