Renée Hoffinger, MHSE, RD, is a dietitian who specialized in the role of nutrition in HIV/AIDS Treatment. Hoffinger was based in Gainesville, Florida where she researched HIV/AIDS and provided care for patients. She has continued to write about the importance of diet and nutrition and leads hands-on nutrition education workshops. This collection includes materials Hoffinger gathered from her work in the form of research papers, educational materials, industry and lay press publications, course syllabi, conference materials, and presentation materials including projector slides.
