Scope and Contents From the Collection: This collection documents the activities of the Tobacco Education Program of the Marin County Department of Health and Human Services (MCTEP). The materials range from MCTEP's first comprehensive Tobacco Control Plan, finished in 1990, to the 1996-1998 plan created at the end of 1996.
