From 1964 through 1967, psychologist Lillian K. Cartwright, PhD, began a longitudinal study of the women entering the University of California, School of Medicine. Cartwright then followed them for the next twenty-five years. This collection contains 3 cartons and 1 box of research material documenting Cartwright's study of a single group of female doctors from 1965 to 1990.
