Abstract

This collection was assembled from a number of different audio/visual (mostly VHS and other video format) material donations, acquired by the Library as a part of the AIDS History Project. Materials range from Public Service Announcements (PSAs), television and radio news clippings, professional and amateur documentaries and features, to rough cuts. All deal with the medical and social aspects of AIDS and HIV, with a focus on prevention and correcting misconceptions about the disease.
