This subseries contains materials created or collected by the Board of Directors. Minutes from the Board of Director's meetings make up the bulk of the subseries and are arranged chronologically. This is a complete set, from May of 1983 through December of 1994. No earlier minutes are known to exist. This set was copied from the record set held in the Foundation's Administrative Offices. Other Board documents follow, including some early correspondence, most of the monthly reports to the Board from September of 1982 through April of 1984, scattered records of the National AIDS Kaposi's Sarcoma Foundation, Bylaws, Histories, Mission, and Non-Profit papers.

Other materials include Board rosters, a small amount of correspondence, reports, bylaws provisions, and administrative and historical materials. Two folders contain information on two different scientific studies.
