Lillian K. Cartwright papers
From 1964 through 1967, psychologist Lillian K. Cartwright, PhD, began a longitudinal study of the women entering the University of California, School of Medicine. Cartwright then followed them for the next twenty-five years. This collection contains 3 cartons and 1 box of research material documenting Cartwright's study of a single group of female doctors from 1965 to 1990.
David Powers photograph collection
This collection contains photographs created by freelance photographer David Powers while on assignment for the University of California, San Francisco between 1975 and 2002. The collection includes negatives, slides, contact sheets, and a small number of prints. Photographic subjects include UCSF students, researchers, patients, campus buildings, and events.
